Yohen（窯変）とは、焼成時に生じる微妙で予測不能な変化のこと。1952年から岐阜県で陶磁器を手がけるsakuzanは、このラインにその名を冠しました。淡くチョークのような釉薬が、光の当たり方で異なる表情を見せるのです。
その佇まいは、実用的でありながら静かです。

The tiered design is so practical—I keep salt and pepper in the bottom dishes by the stove and my daily rings up top by the sink. It’s the first catchall that actually stays in one spot in the kitchen instead of collecting dust on my desk.
Been moving mine from desk to nightstand to kitchen counter all week, and it's honestly the most useful little thing I own. The three tiers are shallow enough that my rings and earrings don't get lost in a pile, and the pepper dish sits right in one slot while the salt stays in the other.
