I set it on my desk to time my deep work blocks, and the 30-minute flow is just right — the sand moves so evenly through the glass, it's oddly calming without any beeps or buzzes.
The deep blue of the glass is even richer in person than on screen, and watching the sand drain through the hand-blown curves makes 30 minutes feel almost meditative. It’s strange how much calmer I feel without a phone timer buzzing at me.
