The heft on this thing is no joke — it feels like a solid chunk of brass in your hand, which makes every line feel deliberate. I love that the finish is raw and unsealed, so it's already picking up little scuffs and fingerprints that tell a story.

It’s been two weeks of daily sketching, and the raw brass is already warming into a duller, friendlier glow — exactly the kind of slow patina I hoped for. The unsealed finish really does pick up oils and scratches in a way that makes it feel like mine, not a store-bought tool.

The heft on this thing is no joke—it feels like a solid chunk of metal in your hand, which I love for sketching. I've only had it a week, but the raw finish is already starting to warm up where my fingers grip it, so I'm curious to see how it ages.
