De Stille Botanist Overmaatse Luciferboekjes

The oversized books are a delight to handle, with the botanical illustrations looking crisp and elegant against the paper. I've lit a few already, and they strike cleanly and burn steadily, which is more than I can say for some fancy ones I've tried.

These matches are almost too pretty to use, but the oversized book feels substantial in your hand and the botanical illustrations are stunning. I lit one for my scented candle and it caught instantly, which honestly surprised me for a decorative pack.

The oversized format makes them feel less like a throwaway and more like a little art object for the desk. I actually hesitate to burn them, but the illustrations deserve that kind of preservation.
