De Deense ontwerpster Maria Berntsen heeft de lantaarn teruggebracht tot de meest doordachte vorm — bol, frame, licht — en hem echt draagbaar gemaakt. Zonnecellen onder de kap laden hem overdag op; USB zorgt voor de rest. Zet hem op tafel voor een diner buiten, neem hem daarna gerust mee naar binnen. Het vereist geen planning.

Ontworpen door de in Kopenhagen gevestigde Maria Berntsen voor Rosendahl, een Deens designhuis dat al veertig jaar trouw is aan hetzelfde uitgangspunt: alledaagse dingen verdienen het om goed gemaakt te worden.
