I keep the 2027 version on my desk next to my monitor, and the Junpakushi washi pages catch the afternoon light in a way that makes the ghosted numerals from yesterday feel almost poetic. Even the tearing motion is satisfying—clean and crisp, like opening a new chapter each morning.
The tear-off ritual has become my favorite morning anchor, and the 2027 edition's Junpakushi washi pages feel even more delicate than last year's. I love how the light catches the paper and lets the old date whisper through before I flip it.
The paper is so delicate and thin, I love how yesterday's number softly shows through. It makes my desk feel like a tiny gallery this year.
