The matte cover has this almost velvety feel that makes me want to keep it on my desk just to touch it, and the water-resistant surface handled a spilled coffee without a single ripple. The grid itself is so clean and precise that my notes finally look as organized as I pretend to be.
The matte cover has this soft, almost powdery texture that makes me want to keep picking it up, and the sand-colored grid is easy on the eyes for long writing sessions. It’s the first notebook that feels as good in my hand as it looks on my desk.
The grid is so precisely printed it feels almost architectural, and that soft-touch matte finish keeps it from sliding around on my desk. I've been carrying it for two weeks and the cover still looks brand new despite a few coffee splashes, which is more than I can say for my last notebook.
