I was a little worried the greens might clash with my desk, but the saturated color-blocking is even bolder and richer in person. Knowing it was hand-painted in Iowa makes the subtle brushstroke variations feel special rather than imperfect, and it’s quickly become the prettiest thing on my workspac
The hand-painting is what got me — up close you can see the brushstrokes and how the greens shift into each other, it feels more like art than a notebook. Every page is a blank canvas, and since no two are identical, mine feels like a one-of-a-kind desk piece. I almost don't want to write in it, but
The greens are so rich and layered that every page turn feels like opening a little piece of art. I love that it’s hand-painted in Iowa, so mine has this subtle uneven edge that makes it feel one-of-a-kind.
