Ogni pagina è stampata su carta Junpakushi washi, abbastanza traslucida da lasciar intravedere la cifra del giorno precedente, visibile solo in determinate condizioni di luce. La tipografia segue la convenzione giapponese per la segnaletica: giorni feriali in nero, sabato in blu, domenica in rosso. Fasi lunari e segni zodiacali scorrono ai margini. Una riga per appunti quotidiani. Appeso con un supporto in alluminio e un cordino in tessuto rosso.
