La smaltatura kairagi dalla texture ruvida crea una superficie volutamente screpolata: motivi organici che emergono da una tecnica tradizionale. Uno spesso strato di smalto viene applicato e poi si contrae per il calore del forno, formando linee irregolari su calde tonalità neutre. Ogni pezzo è realizzato a mano, ognuno unico nel motivo e nella forma.

Questo vassoio rettangolare si adatta oltre la tavola: gioielli sulla tua toeletta, chiavi all'ingresso, matite sulla scrivania, oggetti raccolti su un mobile. Un calore materico che dà carattere a qualsiasi spazio.

La ceramica Mino porta con sé secoli di tradizione ceramica giapponese dalla regione di Tono nella prefettura di Gifu. La fornace Hyosankama vanta una lunga storia nella produzione di ceramiche e il ceramista Kudo Kou prosegue questa eredità. Formatosi sotto la guida del padre Rikuo, è diventato un artigiano certificato di ceramica Mino nel 2005.
