Gunting Spira Soft Touch

The sandblasted finish gives them a subtle grip that I didn’t expect, and they slice through paper and tape with barely any effort. I’ve had them on my desk for a week and keep finding excuses to use them, they just feel right in the hand.

These scissors have a beautiful heft to them, and the sandblasted steel feels almost silky in the hand. The slender blades slice through tape and thick cardstock with zero resistance, making them the only pair I reach for now.

I was skeptical about spending this much on scissors, but the sandblasted finish on the tapered blades feels incredibly solid in the hand. They slice through paper and tape with zero effort, and the sculptural shape actually makes them look like a desk piece when I'm not using them.
