Matthew ★★★★★

The dark green pencils have that classic hexagonal shape that makes them roll-proof on my desk, and the wood sharpens to a perfect point without chipping. I've been sketching with them all week and the color payoff is genuinely rich for something this compact.

The collaboration they did with that little Tokyo factory really shows—each pencil feels like it was made by someone who actually cares about the craft. I've been sketching with them all week and the cores are beautifully consistent, no scratchy surprises mid-stroke. They're a bit pricier than my us

Henry A. ★★★★★

The wood casing is so smooth it feels almost waxy in my hand, and each pencil sharpens to a perfect point without any breakage. I've been sketching with them all week and the pigment lays down incredibly rich and even—my shading work has never looked this clean.
