Cube Alarm Clock

Cube Alarm Clock - Main image
$55.00 In stock

Category: The Desktop

Solid beech, painted matte black and sealed in resin until the surface reads as pure form — a cube so resolved it could have been drawn with a compass and a straight edge. Graphic enough to anchor a shelf, quiet enough to disappear into a bedroom.

A silent sweeping second hand and a four-step alarm tone. Made in Japan by Takata Lemnos, craftspeople since the 1970s and multiple Good Design Awards deep.

Part of our Clocks and Japanese Minimalism collection.

Zoe ★★★★★

I’ve been waking up more calmly—the matte black finish doesn’t glare at me in the dark, and the resin seal gives it a smooth, almost weighty feel.

Ella ★★★★★

The matte finish is so smooth and flawlessly even that it feels more like a solid block of darkness than painted wood. I keep it on my nightstand just to admire how the light hits its perfectly sharp edges.

Lucy A. ★★★★☆

The cube's geometry is so precise it looks like a digital render — the beech body feels substantial. Only wish the alarm sound had a few more options.
