Mino-Ware steht für eine jahrhundertealte japanische Keramiktradition aus der Tono-Region der Präfektur Gifu. Der Brennofen Hyosankama blickt auf eine lange Geschichte der Töpferei zurück, und der Keramiker Kudo Kou führt diese Linie fort. Nach seiner Ausbildung bei seinem Vater Rikuo wurde er 2005 zum zertifizierten traditionellen Mino-Ware-Handwerker ernannt.
